About Me

Artistic statement: My hope is that, after viewing my work, people will leave with a deeper appreciation for the beauty of the sky. Clouds are nothing more than light, dust, and water vapor. They have no real existence in time, as they are constantly shifting like life itself. My paintings are an attempt to capture this elusive wonder.

Biography: I was born in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, USA in 1952. After studying film at Temple University in Philadelphia, I lived for several years in a rural community in the Appalachian Mountains of East Tennessee. I moved to Moore County, North Carolina in 1977 where I ran a small advertising agency. In 2022, I moved to Lexington, Kentucky, where I now live.

I have two daughters and a grandson who live in Los Angeles, CA.
